Bob Coonts
is the only “Cranes on Parade” artist who hails from Colorado. He
is best known for his work in the field of graphic design. Coonts
has served as affiliate faculty with the art department at Colorado
State University since 1971 and is currently teaching one course
each semester. He also is working to establish a name for himself
in the fine arts field with his drawing, painting, sculpture and
serigraph designs. His work has won awards and has been included in
exhibitions all over the world. He participated in “The Trail of
Painted Ponies” public art project in Santa Fe, NM in 2002.
