Donna Knapp feels very connected to nature’s natural habitat.
“What a wondrous world of exotic creatures we share this planet with
. . . and our sandhills crane is one of them. Cranes and their many
feathered friends fascinate me so. ‘How much fun is it’ to
embellish one with flowers, butterflies, and fish and bird friends.”
“My desire is to portray a spiritual intimacy in my art with an
impressionistic rendering of the subject matter, and employing
color, space, lines, and form to create a mood.” Donna has received
numerous awards for her paintings, and has exhibited widely
throughout the region. She is a member of the Kearney Artist Guild,
and the Association of Nebraska Art Clubs. |
