Birds on the Horizon was designed and painted by 14-year-old
Cecilia Richardson of Kearney. At the time she submitted
her
concept, and painted the artwork, Cecilia was only 13 years
old! Cecilia has taken private art lessons from Kellie Jo Risk,
for seven years.
Kellie Jo is an accomplished artist, art teacher, writer, and
dancer. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts Degree from the
University of Idaho, and is currently teaching privately.
